Homecare LA is a licensed home health agency consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals that are dedicated to the patient care philosophy of continuity of Care.  We believe that staff members that know the patient well can give the best care to a patient, so we always try to send the same staff to the home of each client we care. For.  Day to day changes are noted sooner when the same staff members give patient care.  It helps patients and family members feel more relaxed when they can rely on the same staff to provide care to their loved one.  Homecare LA provides patients care at home (private duty and/or intermittent visits) & in the hospital (and other settings as requested depending upon the patient’s clinical status and orders from the doctor.
